Customer Responsibilities

• Attend closing or have executed powers of attorney for persons attending closing for you
• Have same day funds (official bank check or wire transfer) available
• Bring all required documents to closing (driver’s license, proof of insurance, etc.)
• Complete Customer Satisfaction Survey for the completion of closing process

• Provide same-day funds at closing
