- Explain included features and technical specifications
- Explain the new home building process
- Review Agreement of Sale
- Explain mortgage contingency and home financing process
- Review Homeowners' Association documents, policies on design selections
and homesite transfers
- Explain estimated closing timetable based on customer’s obligation
to complete design selections on schedule and receipt of building permit
- Explain advantages of using financing and title partners
- Review Customer Satisfaction Survey process
- Provide customer with copies of all signed documents
- Return signed Agreement of Sale to customer
