  • Explain the new home building process
  • Review Agreement of Sale
  • Explain mortgage contingency and home financing process
  • Review Homeowners' Association documents, policies on design selections and homesite transfers
  • Explain estimated closing timetable based on customer’s obligation to complete design selections on schedule and receipt of building permit
  • Explain advantages of using financing and title partners
  • Review Customer Satisfaction Survey process
  • Provide customer with copies of all signed documents
  • Return signed Agreement of Sale to customer
