Customer Responsibilities

  • Be available for warranty service orientation within the first four weeks after closing
  • Have list of any warranty coverage and how the warranty service process works
  • Review homeowner responsibilities in maintenance manual
  • Become familiar with the Homeowners' Association (HOA) and community-wide events
  • Complete and return Customer Satisfaction Survey
Warranty Service Representative Responsibilities
  • Contact new homeowner to set up warranty service orientation
  • Explain warranty coverage and process
  • Resolve any warranty issues
  • Arrange for Warranty Service Technician and/or vendor to perform any maintenance or repairs
