Warranty Service
Customer Responsibilities
- Be available for warranty service orientation within the first four
weeks after closing
- Have list of any warranty coverage and how the warranty service process
works
- Review homeowner responsibilities in maintenance manual
- Become familiar with the Homeowners' Association (HOA) and community-wide
events
- Complete and return Customer Satisfaction Survey
Warranty Service Representative Responsibilities
- Contact new homeowner to set up warranty service orientation
- Explain warranty coverage and process
- Resolve any warranty issues
- Arrange for Warranty Service Technician and/or vendor to perform any
maintenance or repairs
